Delete your Soh̄a AI account

You can delete your Soh̄a AI account and its data at any time. Soh̄a AI is published by Michel Abi Fadel (Abstracto).

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Soh̄a AI and go to Settings.
2. Under Account, tap “Delete account and data”.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away, on every device linked to it.

Without the app

Email contact@soha-ai.app with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address you use to sign in (Apple or Google). We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

If you signed in with Apple and chose “Hide My Email”, or never signed in, we can’t match an email to your data: delete it from the app instead (steps above).

What is deleted

• Your account and its Apple / Google sign-in links.
• Your meals and their photos, voice notes and chats, including meals you deleted earlier.
• Your saved labels, recipes and estimates.
• Your profile, goals, meal times and reminder settings.
• The activity imported from Apple Health or Health Connect (steps, energy, workouts, weight).
• The data stored on the phone you delete from.

What is kept

Usage logs (a random device identifier, IP address, and events such as app opens and AI requests) are kept for up to 12 months for security, fraud prevention and cost monitoring, then deleted or anonymized. They contain no meal photos or profile.
